Patsy Gouras became the majority stockholder and assumed the position of company President. Her duties include overseeing the daily operations and administration of the company.

Bobby Gouras became the Vice-President in his new role. His duties include overseeing all estimating, sales and marketing.

March 8, 2010
Justin Douglas of Cary, NC was hired to become the Division Manager of our Raleigh, NC office. His duties will include developing and expanding our customer base in the Triangle market. He also will be estimating projects in the private and public sectors.

March 15, 2010
Officially opened our new Raleigh location in an effort to re-establish the company as a committed and dedicated Wall and Ceiling Contractor for the commercial and industrial markets.
